At Stay Mantralaya, we aim to make your booking experience simple and transparent. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations are handled and refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation & Refund Rules

  • 100% Refund – Cancel 48 hours or more before check-in.
  • 50% Refund – Cancel between 24–48 hours before check-in.
  • No Refund – Cancel within 24 hours of check-in or for no-shows.

Note: Some hotels may have stricter policies. In such cases, the hotel’s policy will apply and will be shown at the time of booking.

2. Modification of Bookings

  • Changes to dates, guest names, or room type depend on hotel availability.
  • If modification is not possible, cancellation rules above will apply.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method.
  • Refund initiation is immediate; banks may take 5–7 working days to reflect the amount.
  • Payment gateway charges (MDR) are non-refundable and are absorbed by Stay Mantralaya.

4. No-Show Bookings

If you do not check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the booking is treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be issued.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or temple closures, we may approve a full refund or issue a credit voucher, even within 24 hours of check-in.

6. Transparency & Trust

  • The exact refund amount will be displayed before you confirm cancellation.
  • Refund status can be tracked in your app under My Bookings.

7. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
